Our self-pay model allows patients to schedule annual wellness visits, sick visits, and follow-up care without many of the barriers commonly associated with insurance networks, prior authorizations, or high co-pays. Because we do not directly bill insurance, we are able to offer transparent pricing, longer appointment times, and individualized treatment options tailored to each patient’s needs and goals.

Patients may still choose to use their insurance benefits for eligible medications, laboratory services, imaging, or treatments when coverage is available.

Quality Functional Primary Health Care for $225 per month or $150/visit.

• Includes 6 visits/year, annual lab work, $20 off sick visits, and 24/7 access to your medical provider via patient portal messages.
